So what group of cruisers went in yesterday.
A friend who has a place in Tahoma said he saw a group of Land Cruisers going in yesterday. To quote him, a non wheeler, "They were the old ones, but big and really nice looking"! Thought that quote was funny!

You're probably right Rick. I'm sure he was talking about 40s. You're lucky if a non wheeler knows those even. He's about 55 though, so you never know about his past!

Confirmed , 1 long line of cruisers outside Rosies this morning. Prolly that guy with the funny name , Mudflap or somethin.
So you got Mark A's group on slabs , Mud's group , and I'm sure at least 1 more . IIRC there are 3 good spots along the water = gone already.

There is simply just a bunch, many folks like to arrive early, camp, run to Loon, then escort a group of 30 trucks in.

Ya, hard to find folks like that, truly a class act and hard to follow.

Leaving in about an hour!! Several trucks from Toys on the Rocks will be at the Tahoe trailhead about 10 tomorrow morning. Swa several rigs eastbound on 50 this morning, I'm champin' at the bit!!!

I had last minute xfr case problems so I didn't get to leave tonight gonna have to catch a ride with a club member and leave tommorow AM. Can't wait this should be the best one in a long time! :D
