Rust free 86 Suzuki Samurai hardtop. I built this for my dad with all the best parts I had available but his plans have changed. I just finished the 16 valve motor swap on this and it runs great. All the parts used are nice and fresh:
Engine - Trail Tough rebuilt 1995 1600 16 valve (ODB1), less than 300 miles on it. Trail Tough harness, tranny adapter. Petroworks motor and tranny mounts to allow 16 valve engine without body lift.
Exhaust - Brand new Magnaflow high flow system with new catalytic converter, flanged from front to rear. Very nice.
Transmission - Trail Tough rebuild with less than 300 miles on it.
T Case - Trail Tough 4.1, very low miles on it also.
Suspension - spring under lift with rear custom leaf packs and missing links, front has the rear springs moved forward with Petroworks missing links. Flexes and rides good, stable on the road.
Wheels/Tires - 32"x11.5"x15" Pro Comp MT's with 90% tread on aluminum alloys
Interior - new upholstry throughout including headliner. Nice stereo system also.
Axles - rear lockrite, stock ring and pinion. I have new 4.56's and an ARB for the front available for purchase separately but vehicle must sell first.
Bumpers - custom made rear bumper with front winch bumper. These are very high quality, way better than the ARB bumpers I've owned. The first picture doesn't show the front bumper, scroll down for a pic with it installed.
Overall the vehicle is in great shape. The original paint is oxidized but still looks decent. Body has some small scrapes, dents and dings but nothing major. Currently non-oped in CA so no back fees due and I have a clear title in my name. Does not have BAR inspection done yet so if you're in CA that will need to be done to be legal. Everything is there and it should be easy but at this point I don't have time to do it.
