: Found 3000 sq ft shop space in San Jose/need partners to share rent/space!!!
Brutpwr 06-21-2006, 08:43 AM Have a former boss who is willing to rent me a unit behind his shop as former tenant is retiring. Would like to find a partner or partners looking to share shop space on a long term basis. Serious inquiries only as space will most likely go fast. There is also 8 outside parking spots that can be occupied 24/7 as it is all behind a locked gate. I am looking to rent 1/3 of the space for myself and maybe take 3 outside parking slots but may rent 1/2 and take 4 outside spots if a friend or my brother goes in with me. My current boss is considering this space too so we may be filled up already but he is not committed yet but gets first chance of course.
Has 110 and 220 single and 3 phase power. We will be splitting PG&E with water being prepaid. PM me with your needs and maybe we can work something out.
