Make them, or you can look at a local tractor supply house I found some really nice stuff at a IH tractor dealership here locally. May check your steel supplier as well. Basically what I am saying is that I have not found a really good source so let me know if you find anything.

I hate it when I am the last to find out about these things. That looks like some nice stuff right there. :smokin:

Edit: Was all set to buy a set but $32.57 to ship holy GAWD DAAAYYUM  Would have been 58 bucks to my door. I think I have to pass.

Uhh.... yeah, I never looked at the price.... I'd have to pass as well. I have clevis mounts on my front bumper that are made from 1" bar stock. I just burned a hole in them with the torch. That #4 tip is a metal eatin' m-fer.:smokin:

These come from R&P 4wd (www.r-p4wd.com) here in Oregon. Little spendy at $30 each, but kinda cool none the less.

Hey Brandon,

What did you pay for those I checked out Foothils Ebay store and they want 25 bucks. Shit I am right back up to 50 bucks for a pair even if I got get them in Auburn. Maybe we can talk Dan at Ruff Stuff to into making us a batch if we get enough demand. His prices are sweet and I know where I can find him. :D

I was going to say try Ruff Stuff, also Blue Torch has CNC mounts, but they are 25 a piece. Ask Damian, maybe he'll burn some out for ya. 50 bucks may just be the going rate, you know supply and demand man!!:flipoff2:

Here... let me fix that for you:
find somebody to make some for you... find somebody with a band saw and start cuttin sum up... and find somebody with a big enough drill press and drill the holes out
That's what he's doing.... finding someone to make some for him. Thing is someone is going to want to be compensated for the use of their machines and their time.

Not just for me hopefully some of you guys can benfit from it as well. Hell I could go out the garage and burn something out that would work, but if you guys have seen Dans work then you know how top notch it is and how reasonable his prices are. And it just so happens that he is local for me = no shipping.

  I think he means find somebody who will let a guy come in and use his bandsaw and drill press without supervision (time) and without compensation (money). Good luck!  It's gonna take more than a 6 pack to cover that!

I totally understand what you are saying.. And yes, I have everything short of the band saw at home, and for that a trip 4 blocks to Jeff's will get that taken care of. I even said in my first post to make your own. My point is that I am hopeful that Dan can fab something easier, cleaner and hopefully cheaper that what it would cost me to A. Buy some and pay for shipping or B. Buy the material and the time spent making it.

We have 'em here. That and Feldman's. They're farm & home supply centers. Pretty much a smaller version of a Tractor Supply Co.

I thought this was a fab board? I spent $8 and got enough steel (1x3.5 bar) to make 4 and enough scrap left over to make a few more, they are not the surface mount weld ons, they go all the way through and weld on both sides. Surely you can find... oh, wait, vendors... :D

WTF Jeff,

Dude most recentley I sent down a check for $586 to Mike, I have been telling my customers about the manifolds, and have sold:
(25)ssp-01
(22)ssp-02
(13)ssp-03t-19
(1)ssp-03t-18
(2)ssp-03t-90
(5)ssp-04
(1)ssp-05
(2)ssp 80/800
(5)ssp dpnl
Just in the mounts catagory of the stuff you guys sell. Thats a "few" more dollers that $1. I am not going to go into any more detail publicley as i feel this is a business matter that should be discussed privatley.

I will go on record to say I have always supported my fellow Scout vendors, and have bought stuff from just about all of them over the corse of the past 10 years, and I have always refered someone to a scout vendor first if I could not help them, and lastley always talked very highley of IH-Only as I have nothing but great experiances with all 3 of you guys. I dont understand what the above was, mabey I am reading it wrong but I am a bit torqued about it.:mad3: Mabey i have sand in my crack from the heat but dude the above was un-called for.:mad2:
I thought in the world of IH-vendors, I sell your stuff, you sell mine was the standard..........

Yes, your vagina has sand in it.

That's ok, say what you want. I looked at buying some but jeeze price plus shipping would be $50 or so per pair. If I was building a bling truck sure I'd buy some, but I just need function. I will probably get real comfortable with the angle grinder one day and round them off.

Jeff and Fleckster, settle down. We don't need to see vendors arguing in public.
