ok so on my 68 1100-C I need new spring bushings so I went to the parts stroe to get some during lunch. The place that I go to is pretty good at IH parts. The store did not have them listed so I was wondering if ther was a chev, dodge, ford that used the same bushings and what year
thanks

A guy I know is 79 chev rear springs on a 1200, and since the springs bolted on, the bushing should work, the OD is the only unknown, since I don't know if the spring eye diameter is the same. I would try some 74-86 chevey bushings, there is a good chance they will fit.

Hey chief
Awhile back I had a Nissan patrol that needed spring bushings. Couldn’t find em anywhere so I just turned down some WAY TO BIG bushings in my drill press and it worked great
BTW, what is the spring eye ID

I was able to easily find new bushings for my '72 t-lette at the local spring shop. Took my rear leaves in to straitend and matched (one main leaf was a but treaked) and had them put new bushings in at the same time. It was cheap.
Got a new set of bushings for the front springs as well, but haven't put them in yet.
seems to me like the were $3 each or so, cheap.
Try your local spring shop, if you strike out, drop me a line with your truck specs and I'll give them a call and see if they can send you up some...
