I am in the process of installing a 1995 TBI 350 into a FJ45 and the factory manuals I have for this motor do not have a good wiring diagram. All I need to know is what wires do I need. Also I am running the 4l60E that came with the donor vehicle. Any wiring help would be great...

I went to a Super Trak Auto store and they have a program to print out the complete wiring diagrams for any vehicle. Mine was easy, just a few wires.

I am doing an 88 TBI swap onto my 327. Is your donor vehicle a truck or car? Did you get the wire harness too? The wiring should be the same, just different locations for the components. I'll try to get a copy from work today for both the TBI and the Trans. for you.
I don't get home til midnight (west coast) so don't stay up waiting for it.

A 1995 350 TBI with a 4L60E does not have a single wiring diagram. It has multiple pages of wiring diagrams. Although not as many as the '96 and later Vortec engines, the wiring is far more complicated than can be printed on a single diagram. You need to get the factory shop manuals for the donor vehicle. These can be obtained on-line from Helm (www.helminc.com)

Downey will send you a free wiring diagram for their V8 kits if you call and ask them. It was pretty handy. I'd make a copy but I loaned it to a friend. It had the GM colors for the plugs and which ones connected to the corresponding Toyota wires.
