Ok, I give up. I was mocking up the cv shaft from a blazer into my scout II project. There is no way it will clear the corner of the 727 auto. Do I have to find the bronco shaft? is it ALOT smaller?

before the "check the FAQ" stuff comes, nobody mentions a problem, and I see no way it will work right now with the auto.

1974 Scout II with 304-auto-4wd(duh)

Is there a clocking plate to twist the dana 20? Ive been looking on google and on advance adapters to no avail.

HELP! big snag.

I must have confused you with the guy that's been posting drive shaft info on the BB.

I know he was informed about the interference.

2 options... cut the tranny:eek:  or dont use the cv... tilt up the front axle and use a standard yoke at the top... dont worry bout driveline vibrations, cause your only going to ingage the front axle when at slow speeds anyways...

I re-read the post this morning that I had read last night by binderbound that came up in the search of forums. I forgot this Faq doesn't have much scout info.

Anyway, I'll grind it. no more posts needed.
