Its just a peice of billet
it goes where the inspection cover goes, the inspection coveris something like 1/8, and we had a problem on the race car where it kept splitting the t-case in half, so not wanting to drill about 15 holes in some 1/2 plate and add 20 lbs to the race car this was made insted

And thats a jeep Dana-20 anyway. (or scout......)

:D
Yeah it was on a CJ-5 with streached to about 120 WB
A lot of landing under power going around a turn ate a lot of cases right in half! (could of been bad driving, but i aint' gonig to say it) ;)

but the inside is milled out to hold about 12 more OZ of oil

The jeep case is the as the EB, only thing is the the eb does not need the gay notch in the upper corner to clear the imput

Did ya drill & tap the case for bigger bolts, or just use the stock size bolts??

Looks sweet. I'm thinkin of usin 3/8" plate & counter sunk bolts (maybe). Don't think there is enough room to re-drill & tap for larger bolts tho.
