: RS9000 incab controller question?

i bought the incab controller used and it was missing the switch, so i bought a 12V / 30
amp switch and i think i have the air line set up figured out, im just wondering, the
switch will turn on the compressor and take the shocks up to setting 5, the stiffest, but
then what, how do you go back down to a softer setting? since the compressor will only
push more air in...
am i missing something?
thanks,
Sharp.

Your going to need the switch that goes with the system. The original has a type of bleed off valve for releasing the air pressure. Maybe you could still use the switch you bought and adapt a bleed off valve from an air compressor or something similar. Good Luck

thanks, just figured it out, the valve was sitting in the bottom of the box, but my switch will work, so i sould be good to go!
thanks

Can the in-cab adjuster be used on any 9000?

Yes,
I have a complete 2 gauge (front/rear or side/side) set up, with some hose and all. I wil sell it, if anyone is interested(its even got the hose manifolds mounted on a piece of steel that is pretty trick set up).

The switch for pressurizing will work. It just turns the compressor on and off. There are 1 or 2 (depending if you seperate the front from rear) pressure relief valves that drop the pressure back down to where you want it.
