I've got a "nice" Scout II. So "nice" I hate to bang it up.
My Q, is " to roll or not to roll". The truck be'ing pretty makes me not want to enjoy it, should I just get the body damage over with and enjot it for what it was built for or find a trail rig? ( money is alway's an issue).

Ok, we've got that out of the way. I'll be wheeling where I know others have rolled before, so, "dumb ass" wants to be prepared:flipoff2:
Sh#t if I could keep this thing looking sweet I'd do it, but c'mon how the hell are you going to "enjoy" it if your worried about paint & sheet metal!

WTF!!

Just wheel the fawk'n thing after the first dent it won't matter. Earn it like the rest of us. You'd feel stupid trying to describe the body damage, "Oh I rolled it in the Kmark parking lot"

If you have a family and are wondering if you should roll it with or with out the top, you actually have no right driving at all. No one with any sense wants to put their family in danger on purpose. Go out and put another coat of wax on the scout and make up some wheeling stories, because you are not safe.

Please disregard OS's link, it must be an error :flipoff2:

You are a dumb-ass. Go find a rusted out POS if you want to roll it. I cant believe anyone as stupid as you appear to be actually figured out how to register here.

What they all said.

Seriously, if it truley is a nice scout, get another cheapy and wheel the piss out of it.

Most of use would like to have two. One nice one to drive around, and another (mostly our current rigs) to play with. Where body damage doesn't count.

BTW, I saw your BB post, Hard-Tops are worthless in a roll. More support than a soft top, yes, but your reliance should be on a good roll-bar/cage.

Only a moron would take a nice, strait truck, that is not made anymore, and purposly go beat the shit out of it.

  Damn, that is too stupid even for me. Seriously, If it is that fawkin clean, why not get a second scout and wheel that one??? There is nothing :rainbow: about clean sheetmetal on a DD, and if you are worried about the body damage enough to do somethig this drastick, then u probably should get a $ 500 junk, SOA it and have fun.
Just my .02, from one dumbass to another

Standing offer folks.

if you have a nice, clean, straight, good condition Scout II and you want something to beat up on on the trail? I'll trade you a decent condition, but signs of rust and some dents, tub and frame and whatever else, straight across.

There.

Heck, one of my Scouts was rolled BEFORE I got it.. how do you think it ended up in the junkyard? :D
