Either get a friend, or go to the local hardware store and buy rope, a pulley, and a lag screw... very simple.

I built my own. Rope, pulley, and some tie downs straps. I reinforced the 2x6 in the attic and attached an eye bolt. I then attached some pulleys and a rope. I took some tiedowns and secured them to the hardtop. I then used a 1" square metal bar to help distribute the weight of the top since the weight is uneven. Attach the rope and away you go. Make sure to have someplace to tie off the loose end of the rope. It helps to have a 13' ceiling as I do.

I also built my own for about 65 dollars. I bought a harbor freight 50 dollar winch and mounted it to the wall ran the cable up the wall and over to the point on the ceiling I wanted it and made a large T out of 1" tube to attach to the top and the cable hooks to the Tee. I just remove the bolts lower the Tee on the top secure it and winch it up out of the way. I also made a support for it to rest on while hanging so as not to be supported by just the cable and tubing. Then when I am ready just pull the jeep in push the button and lower the top on.
