I am finally useing some old doors from a 98' dodge that I had sitting at the house. I have been wanting to build some half doors for a while and I had some time today so I figured I would start on them. They are coming along pretty good. I got the first cut out. I will still have to do some trimming to square up the inner and outer door. They arent cut perfect but they will get the job done. I plan on just getting some sheet metal and lay on top of where and cut to close that up. I am hoping to have them finished up before our trip next month. I will be using the stock door latch and handle.

Got a little more progress done. I ended up cutting the back part down a little more. I still need to do some more grinding on them to smooth them out to where the inner and outer are more even but it is getting there.

You should cover up those dents with fake bullet hole stickers... that's what they look like... :D

Or how about I just put some real bullet holes in them?? :smokin: THere are some holes in the door already. I ended up cutting most of them out. THose dents and holes are mostly from a golf club and I think some of the dents are from a baseball bat. A couple of my friends got bored one days.

the dent wont match the truck. But ya wont get any complaints on the trail:laughing:
