i was just wondering what kind of info there is on this kit. it seems to be the best on the market, but kinda $$$. Is it worth the cost? And, can you fit 33s with a 3in body lift?

I wouldn't go with the Trailmaster lift personally. I've heard of too many people breaking CV joints under power. They break like Birfield joints.

what other lifts are available in the 4+" range, and are the cv joints as weak as birfields or just becaust of the increaced angle. still, can 33s fit with a 3" body lift and some trimming?

You will fit 33's with just the suspension lift. Put a 3" body in there and dosome triming to fit 35's.

Yes, the CV's blow because of the increased angles. Turn the wheel too sharp under power, and you are gonna have to change one out.

Save yourself the headache, and money, and do a solid axle conversion. Hell for $1000 I'll do it for you. Well maybe a little more. Buy a jeep shackle reversal kit ($230), weld it on, buy a dana 30 from a local junkyard (about $300), s-10 rear leafs ($150), and a 110 mig welder($300) and be done with it. You might need some shocks or something. But all said and done you'll be happier. Add about $300 for a new driveshaft.

Call me at 408-685-6726 for any s-10 SFA questions.

if you just want a big poser trailmaster

if your goin to wheel it, save your time and headaches and do a SFA on it, you will be much happier and less likely to wrench every trip out.
