: 1.6l VSS question

Im thinking about swaping to a 16v 1.6l. do i have to run a VSS? it will never see street. Dose the computer need the VSS? Thanks Andrew

just unhooked mine to see what would happen. It ran fine but the check engine light is on.

It will run more efficient with it, you would probably not notice a big difference.
