If your looking for a lift "kit" No doubt go: www.tntcustoms.com , you can run RE stuff with TNTs long arms/bellpan or buy their entire kit which uses RE stuff. I'd also STRONGLY suggest TNTs chasis stiffiners, they really help the unibody.
You'll need bumpers and rock rails, if not building your own look here:
www.jcroffroad.com
www.rigidco.com
www.tntcustoms.com
www.ajsoffroadarmor.com
and many others...
HP d44 / 9" is a solid combo lots of people use with 35s-37s, I'd run 5.13s with 35s-36s.
With a 1991 you may not need an SYE, but I suggest doing so cause its adds strength. Go with PORC or AA SYE and either Tom Woods or HAD shaft(s).
Run 8" wheels, not 10"
Umm thats a start, check out www.NAXJA.org and buy this book: http://www.ericsxj.com/book.htm you can get it/order it at Books-a-million, etc.
