Trying to find if anyone has pictures for reference so I can figure the best way to attach rock sliders to my frame on a 1965 series IIa 88inch.

I would just get Ike's series sliders(pangolin4x4) unless you just really want to make 'em yourself.

attach them to the outriggers by either welding them on or bolting.

When I rebuilt my sliders, I reused the 50x50x4mm angle iron which I welded to new box section sliders. The sliders attatched at to points, the front body outrigger and the rear underseat fuel tank outrigger.
I added and welded in crush tubes into the front body outrigger, then plated the fuel tank out rigger (mine has a rear tank though, so didn't need to worry about it) and just bolted them to it using 3 bolts per mount, across the full width of the mounts to spread the load. They support the car well and have been smashed against logs and a few rocks and seem fine.
