You need a dana 60, plain and simple. The balljoints and wheel bearings on a dana 44 or 10 bolt will not last long at all with that tire.

good luck finding stuff in macedonia.
you should get a d60 front before wasting parts on the d44, BUT you will want the spindles hubs rotors and brake plates off of any 8 lug d44 or 10b front. all of the wheel parts are available from parts stores but i dont know or think you can get the brake backing plates.
there is a guy in the vendor section selling or trying out selling swap kits and his price really isnt far from what you would spend for all new parts. his name is MUNCHIES@allcrossedup or somthing close.

I juss did that on my dana44, I had the parts already ..
juss for the time being ... the dana60 is already in the shop waiting on some $$ to get rebuilt
All you need is 8lugs hub and rotor.. and the brakes back plates ... the rest is the same !! spindle, locking hubs, and even the bearings are the same !!
at least in my case it was

actaully yes your spindles will work, [i thought you ahd a d44 at first]
the locking hubs are the same, i meant the rotating hub that is what holds the wheel and rotor.

If you have a D44 in there now you most likely have the small bearing spindles, so unless you find a D44 with 8lug you will need the spindles off of the donor including the backing plate (larger diameter than 1/2 ton) and everything out. Your locking hubs are not different, just so long they are internal hubs. I have a D44 and got my 8 lug conversion stuff off of a 84' 10 bolt, spindle out and updated my front bearings to the bigger ones at the same time. Tons of info on this subject on CK5.com
