I measured my shackels from top to bottom today and they are 6 inches, can I go bigger than this or will I run into problems? What is the stock size? I really need some more room to be able to run these 35's and I really don't want to go down to 33's.

Nice roof rack. I wouldn't go any bigger on the front. Any bigger & you will start messing up your caster. I have seen slightly longer shackles in the rear, but don't recommend them either.

I would keep the stock shackles and lower my bumpstops.
