I need some help.

I've installed a 2000 vortec V6 in a Jeep but I've installed a fuel cell instead of using a GM tank. At the same time I've installed a frame mounted fuel pump instead of the stock pump.

The pump I've got is putting out 95 psi but the engine only needs 65psi. Summit is telling me that I've got to install a 3 port regulator and plug up the return line off the engines fuel rail.

Is this true? Any of you folks done this?
