: coil conversion on 75 era pickup?

well... we've done lots of work to my truck.. and anyways, it has about 2.5" of lift now.. but im wanting to get a 4" kit... and was thinking about possibly putting coil springs in the front. Anyone done this?

I found one place that makes the shock mounts for me... instead of having to fab them up. plan on getting the skyjacker 4" kit, and then rancho shocks probably.

I also heard something about the steering box being in the way? Anyone got anymore information on such transformation?

btw, 340 powered 75 power wagon. Soon to be a monster 416 stroker. Show and Go. lol

Your 75 has leaf springs, I think you talking about bolting up a set of coilover shocks.
