what kind of 203 does it take to double it up? I have a 205 in the truck and have a spare 203 in the floor. the 203 came out of a 70 something blazer. 205 and sm465 came from 1 ton truck.

First off, what trans are you going to run? The 203 RANGE BOX has to bolt to the trans first with the correct adaptor (more than likely factory), then you purchase a kit to bolt the 205 to the back of the 203.

i am currently running a sm465 w/ the 205.

you have to find the 10spl 203 that would go to the 465 stock, then you will have to buy the 32spl kit for your 205 aswell. good luck finding a 10spl 203, they are few and far between.

Off Road Design has an output shaft/mainshaft for the 465 that is 32 spline. You can make a 32 spline 203 and then go to a 32 spline 205. About as strong as it gets.

KWTMECH definately has you dialed. THAT IS the sweet setup and ORD offers twin and triple stick configurations for this setup. Besides it's about half the cost of a lot of other doubler case setups out there.

What t-case did your th400 have , most likely a 32 spl. 203. To make a 27 spl. 203 into the 32 spl. version just swap out inputs. After you do that what's the 203 going to bolt to? Do you have a 32 spl. th350 :D

Don't know if the input bearing bore is bigger on the 32 spl version of the np203 like it is with the 205?

The chevy 203s have the same input bearing 6210n--so swapping out the input gear is just that, just a gear.
