aaahh O.S., your so much fun....
If you READ those threads, yes they are about 1/2 doors for a scout, and maybe it would have been better for him to post there....
BUT, it is all about "hey what if..." and "How about..." It seems none of us have ACTUALLY BUILT A SET!!
I've seen one, on Cain's old rig. They weren't bad.... but could use improvement.

they were just stock doors cut and filled. They still opened, or you could just crawl through. I almost got them when he re-did his rig.... but they trashed them before that... (I don't think I want to know :D)
Thinking and re-searching, I think I'm just going to make a 1/2 cut set like the toy guys do, WAY to far up to climb in, and Jenni would never be able to... The other idea is to graft the side of an 80/800 to a Scout II, re-skining a set of 80 doors. Exellent door profile, and removeble.... but a lot of work..
uhh, duh,.
i asked for pictures of a SCOUT with half doors. that would be a TOYOTA. haha or even any truck with a nicely made set of tubular doors with working latch and hinge setup. im thinking about bending my own out of 1" or 3/4 chromoly and stealing a few cj latches or doing what somebody else talked about and trying to get the ih latch to work.
yes captain,
i did look around, im no stranger to forums, i do appreciate your trying to break me in though.
thanks as always.

We are forming some out of Fiber. Should be ready in about a month. I'll post pictures here when they are ready.
