Anyone know of any secrets to getting the arms off?
I pulled the 4 bolts, Pulled the cone washers, I got the arm to move but I didnt couldnt get it to come off
Anyone know of any secrets?

If you got the cone washers out that is usually the hard part. Now you just need to give the arms some BFH love on the sides to get them off.

I wiggled mine until a small gap appeared, then used a screw driver and worked around it.

Use a BFH and a BFPB (pry bar)

jack the car up....lower it down, sometimes this alone will budge the arm, if not, tap the front with hammer, two pry bars and just lever it off, it nukes your shims, but you get like 500000 of them in the rebuild kit

If the birfield is out, put a long punch on the dimple in the underside of the steering arm dowel (the thing that's pressed into the bearing) and whack it with a LBFH. Steering arm should dance right out.
