So heres the story. I just bought a 1970 bronco and I want to put power steering on it. What Im looking to find out is what kind of parts would I need to do this and where would I get those parts?
Oh yeah I also am wondering about how much it would cost?
Thanks a lot

there are several options - buy a OEM unit and spend some major $$$, buy the Duff/AGR unit for $$, or go to BC Broncos website (www.bcbroncos.com (http://www.bcbroncos.com) and go to the tech section and then hit the junkyard and do it for cheap.:D

You'll also have to look into some column ujoint options. I believe the 70 still had the 1 piece steering column. since the manual box is shorter than any of the PS units, you'll have to cut and add a ujoint to the steering shaft. I installed a stock box in my 69 and got the lower shaft with the box. then I got a ujoint that was splined on one end to fit the splines of the old rag joint and welded on the other to fit onto my old steering shaft where I cut it.
