Who make the steering arms for hi steer with Hummer 1 wheels? (d44)

I got mine from this guy on ebay a while ago, turned out pretty good. The link is for cross over arms for a 44 but if you e-mail him a question he might have some hi steer arms that fit a 44 w hummer wheels.
