Hand controls-

i am looking into Hand amp controls for my Tig welder, its gettin hard tacking/welding stuff out of position with a foot control. i am looking into a regular CK belt drive hand amp control. what are y'all useing?

i use one of these... it works good except I cant get the velcro things tight enough

Just a thought for you.... Can you switch your welder to "on" instead of remote? You can scratch start DC tig for some positions when you can not touch the foot control.

yes i can, but i pretty much have to have differnet amperage settings available on demand while im welding. im gonna go price some ck hand amp controls this week. :smokin:

What about using cable ties, or hose clamps?
