nope.. it's actually pretty hard to over-carb with propane, since the mixer is an 'on-demand' setup, but you could actually get more power with a smaller mixer, maybe a 225?

WELL i have this set up from a 350 v8 I got for the 305 in SHYT BYRD it has a 4 brl plate I was thinkin or makin a alum plat to mount in on the 2F in the new Wagon .... any thought on if it will work

You need the Offenhause 4 barrel intake (http://forum.ih8mud.com/showpost.php?p=963776&postcount=31) made for the 2f if you want to run a 4 barrel carb.

yea I've been looking for a cheap one I wa thinkin I could "make" a plate since the mixer is only 2 bbl anyway.... I'm a cheap basterd ..... or a broke one with a new baby :grinpimp:

If that bolt pattern looks right on the base of the 425 mixer... I think I have what you need to make it work for a 2f...

looks like the same size as ware my mixer bolts to the 4bbl plate... what you want for it ??? trade ya a 4bbl plate :grinpimp:
