Okay...Got the rear links built this weekend...As well as the x-over tube for the rear uppers...Tabs too...Ready for weld-up...But alas, I'm sitting at my desk at work and can't remember what the hell the length of the 3/4" grade 8 bolt is that passes through the frame is...I have to order the damn things (Santa Fe is tough when locating hardware)....If anyone know's off-hand let me know...It's almost impossible to get through to SG anymore.

Hey studmuffin-
I think it is 7.5, I tried to measure under mine but with skidplates and all I kinda eyeballed it. You could go with 8" and run spacers/washers outside of the misalignment washers if you were getting x-case drum interference.

Well, I kinda' figured it out, but I'll go to the shop tonight and measure...The 3/4 3/4 heim is 7/8th's...The spacer is 3/4...The frame rail is 3"...The SG mount is ??? 3/4"...The nut is 3/4?...So that's a 6" bolt right? So me's tinks 6.5" is the ticket...But I'll get off my ass and go measure the damn thing...I wish it wasn't 40 miles away.
I gotta' get it close on the pass. side...I originally had to grind off a bit of the nut/bolt and toss the lock washer to clear the drum...Could always cut the bolt, but...

Doug,
Hope I caught you. The bolt is 7.5" long including the bolt head. Almost exactly 7" not counting the bolt head. Hope this helps.

YES! Shane your right my friend! I was going to do that, and hadn't thought of it...Thanks again man...Heading to ALB to talk with the DOE HQ Security about my clearance re-investigation  What did you guy's say about me! Not the truth I hope!...Perfect time to hit a store that sells bolts...Unlike Santa-Fe...Man SF is a budding fabricators nightmare.

Also, the SG type HD arms send aero nuts for the front hing on the arms.... These actually won't clear the handbrake drum, I just went to Orchard and got a normal grade 8 bolt ... I check it every two weeks ( I may have out a jam washer on it?? ) I'll measure and check if ya need me to...I'm toying with tack welding it, to make up fro no aeronut
