: 1994 f250 front susp.

hey guys im new to fords im looking at buying a ford once i get rid of my chevy. what kind of front susp does a 94 f250 have? is it ttb or a solid axle? and how bout a 95 f350? when did ford stop doing the solid axles and go to the ifs ttb stuff i dont kno when that changed happend

F250s, from 1980 untill 1997 had TTB front axles. This is not counting the light duty F250 that were built in 97 and maybe a few years past. They look like the F150s, still have the A-arm IFS, but have 7 lug wheels.

F350s SHOULD all be solid axles...and as long as it is a 97 or older rig, it should be a D60
