Ok guys, I know this has been covered lots and that I should search. I kinda need this info asap so I can clearify a dollar figure for a SAS I am going to do for a guy. I know that there are millions of kits out and places for crossover steering kits, I have used them. What is a good pitman arm for doing a crossover on a 95' chevy, such as junkyard dodge, ford, etc. This guy is limited on his budget and I am just trying to keep the cost down for him. Thanks.

It's not the greatest, but I used a stock arm off a 78-79 1/2 Ford. Its' pretty much flat, and comes real close to the frame, and the pitch isn't quite right. Also heard of arms off certain year Ford vans, but don't know much about them. SUP-1104 is the arm to use, and it's only $60 IIRC.

I used an arm from an astro van, they are flat, and do not have notches so you can put it whereever you want.
