Does any one have any recomendations for rubber fender flares that are the rivet on kind that dont require a inner lip? I am doing some "beauty" cuts on fenders and want some soft flares.
next question is about the long travel slip for drive shafts, i have heard a lot of good things about jesse but i havent really researched prices for the long travel yokes etc. Since i would be doing welding i just need the yoke etc. so where is the cheapest place. I am looking at about a 10" travel. last i heard manafre wanted ~300 a set. thanks

I'm feeling like a nice guy today, so here goes: Go to your local "semi truck" bone yard and pull a steering column shaft out of one, they have 10-16" spline shafts so the front clip can pull forward. Chop what you need and get your fabin' awn!

Thats all I'm sayin on the matter, so I'm sure you can figure it out. Enjoy your $75 long slip shaft.

Another "Jewel" from Jeff.....:D

As for the flares, JC Whitney has bulk rubber flares for you to use, some with the lip, some with the flat surface.
