The Johnny Cash Jeep parts pile is coming together 66 CJ5 tub,79 frame, alxes and front end. Chevy SM465 and a 205 Tcase. Heres the question.

I have a Free to me Chevy 250 straight 6 engine. This jeep is being built as a daily driver a weekeng trail jeep, 32 inch tires and maybe 2" lift.
Any pros to using a straight 6? Cons?
Any thoughs?
