Not exactly hardcore but probably a common problem/question

Installed my Thurenfab track bar on the weekend:

Tightened up the steering considerably and eliminated the clunk from the stock track bar and the Skyjacker brakcet. The 1/2" hole on the syjacker bracket was stretching and I always kept it tight.

About 3 hrs to install, requires a good welder (no skill apparently since I managed).

Combined with my Redneck Ram assist and '99 HD linkage its pretty solid now. More room for the ram, so I will relocate it some day when I get a chance,

definitely a beefy setup. i like mine. i didnt want to weld it up myself as first I suck at it and second I've only got a 135amp 110v machine.

Its a critical component that sees a lot of load, especially when you use the lower bolt hole for the taller lifts. I didnt trust myself to do it.

Luckily my father-in-law's coworker lives nearby and he happens to be a cert. structural welder and he brought his big 220v machine over to do it.

that front end of yours is coming together nicely. whats left to do to it?

Well I want to relocate the tie rod ram mount farther up (so the ram is flatter) now that I have some room. Also, the LCA are trashed (bushings) so we are going to build some using Evolution's joint with the 5/8" holes. I will also improved the axle mounts and maybe clean up the frame mounts.

I'm thinking about using the Nitros on the rear (since the rear shocks are crushed) and getting some nice front shocks too, try to get rid of some of the body roll.
