PritchettK bad seller [Archive]

I bought a winch from the PritchettK Guy. At first he seemed like a good seller. He sent pics of the winch and i thought he was ok to buy from. Well sent the money about a two months ago and haven't heard anything from this guy since i sent the money. I know he has the money cause the money has cleared the bank. I am really pissed if anybody knows how to contact this guy and could help me get a hold of this guy please PM me thanks Craig

Odd to me that the PBB website has not put forth categorical steps one can take to effect direction for satisfaction for this kind of shit. As it is now one is left to their own devices. A ton of information and guidance has been posted in this wonderful forum by concerned and informed members in this vein, but I feel some effort could be taken to centralize the high points and have them placed in a locked thread and updated as appropriate to assist less fortunate members in their quest to have their shortcomings satisfied from perceived ripoff artists.

This looks like the same guy we had register accounts over and over again on JU. Using a ton of different email addresses he registered a bunch of accounts and sold things like winches and lap tops. Usually claimed he was a marine. He was based out of Texas though. He used fake names all the time and would only accept paypal when he was on JU. Have one of the Pirate Admins PM me and we can compare IP info. I actually talked to the HR department at the place where this guy worked and then he stopped scamming on JU but I don't think they ever did anything about it. It must have just gotten too close for comfort or somthing. I don't know what the laws were in Texas but he had some transactions large enough for a felony conviction in Ohio. :shaking:

I won't be around again till Monday but have someone PM me.

Everyone is posting things from different websites, that I dont even know about. But anyway its taken care off so, sorry for the uproar. I just know not to sell stuff on the internet again. If I was real scammer do you think I would have people send money to my post office box? All you have to do is trace the address and bam there you go. I also know how it feels to get scammed on the internet. You cant even buy something on ebay and be %100 sure you will get it and not get screwed.
