Speedomotive ( http://www.speedomotive.com ) has stroker parts, kits, short and long block assemblies, etc. Prices are good enough that you'll have trouble buying the parts and beating their price on a complete engine unless you have free access to a good auto machine shop. Speedomotive grinds their own cranks from 4340 forgings. Jegs has the cast Mopar Performance 4" crank for ca. $300; and Ross now has STOCK forged pistons for this application - http://www.rosspistons.com/automotive_stocking_pistons/chrysler_a_block/chryslerablock.php3. Using 360 rods will allow you to get the factory 360 imbalance. You will definitely want some better heads to let this thing breathe.

if you can get ahold of richard ehrenberg at mopar actions web site, he can answer any Qs you have. have you looked at the kieth black pistons for this combo? crank you can get at any mopar dealer(list is $349). koller dodge give 25% of mopar perfomances list prices. then find a good machinist. hope that helps.
