Damn, I wish money trees grew around here like they seem to where ever that guy is from.
28x58...........I'd prefer more depth and less width. I guess 28's fine for Beemers and TJ/CJ/YJ's, but I'd be wishing for more with a full size truck.

Agreed, as I was reading through that thread I was thinking I'd rather just put one 12'x10' garage door on one end and call 'r good.

then you have only limited access and might have to move vehicles or equipment around to get things in and out. Four bays is a bit of extra work, but I think it would be worth it. almost 100k in the buildup not counting equipment and tools..

It may be a little inconveint to have to shuffle cars around, or whatnot but i doubt they would be able to even pull a full size truck into that garage (with all the other crap they got in there) let alone have room to pull the motor or do any kind of heavy work on it. Granted its a nice grage and i'm not trying to take anything away from them for that, however it seems better suited to store cars than it does for doing actual work on them.

I had a 30 x 50 with a single big door in the end. Could easily fit my F150 on 38s or the tractor with loader, etc., into that door -- but I had to move stuff all the time to get in and out. I would add more doors (in fact, I did) if I were to build like that again.

I'm plaing in using two 10x10 doors and a 8x10' in the back for tractors in stuff, i will devide my into two sections, what i call my garage will be strictly that, for projects and fxing cars only, not for storage (execpt of projects) or to park cars.
