1987 Fleetwood Pacearrow with only 37,280 miles!!! more info after pics.

-This was my dad's and I paid it off for my mom when my dad died a few years ago. The title is free and clear in my name and states on the title that the origional price was 48K. I am only asking $11,000 because I only had to pay off the last $8,000, and its worth at least that much. The interior looks brand new. It has a 454 that runs strong, toilet, shower, stove, sink, huge A/C and heater, tons of storage, new bed, two Optima batteries still under warrentee and a Walmart battery for the engine, and lots more.
-THE BAD THINGS- the exterior paint is oxodized, there is no generator (I have a 5k generator that would work, but you would probably want a quieter one). The rear tires need to be replaced which I will do if I have a strong commitment from someone that wants to buy, or if you are going to bring tires with you, we can deduct the ammount of the tires from th final price, and there is no awning (which will run you anywhere from $250-1300 depending on the quality).
-Trades- I am open to all kinds of trades (if I can talk my wife into the trade), but I am especially interested in a 4 door 4runner or a semi truck full of whiskey or partial trades welcome.
