Yea, we heard you played passenger part of last week. That sucks. :(
I bet I know what's going in your spare parts list.... :)
You probably got room on that flat bed to bolt a spare case down.... :D

NO BROKEN T-CASE:D
In our haste to install the Klune & stock Samurai t-case, we either:
1. Did not tighten the driveshaft bolts at the t-case in front.
-or-
2. The 4 front driveshaft bolts got sheared off somehow.

I got mine before all the whiny-asses started bombarding Klune with so many complaints & newbie installation questions that they decided to pull the product from the market until they can re-assess the situation. It's just like the Keltec diesel kit....
I have been trying to appeal to them to screen their customers better - that buyers on this board would not give them any problems, but they are very perception-sensitive. You gotta understand that they only sell a handfull of gearboxes for Suzuki's, and the majority for Jeeps & other big-money guys.

Have any of you guys done anything to beef up the stock samurai t-case frame mounts? How many of you have experienced any sort of bending, tweaking, or breaking of them? I think it might be a good idea to beef them up with some gussets.
