Just popping a thought in my head...Im finding out that i dont have enough storage space when i head out...I bring a slew of tools 4 35 tires to swap on, 6 gallons of anti freeze 20 qts of oils, 2 gallons of brake fluid, belts hoses bla bla bla, shovels and air tools as well..

So im thinking that a truck would have been just as good...The extra weight from the rc body has to hamper me at times..Watching a fellow club members zuk run through holes that stick me with 35"at's prove that..So without bastardizing my truck by swapping on a toyota body or something id like to swap on a 94 plus ram cab and front clip...I think with a full cage behind the cab it would look cool as hell..I dont have enough wheel base for a bed so a few locking tool boxes would work..I could build some staggerd mounts for my extra tires as i run 33" tires on the street due to my gearing..

How hard woyuld it be or has anybody seen something like this?

If you want to shed pounds by way of a pickup cab installation, it'll be easier to swap on a cab from the 81-93 variety due to more common body mount locations. You could also use a cab from a Dodge D-50/Mitsubishi Mighty Max, then you'd still be closer to Mother Mopar than say a Toyota body. Just some thoughts...
