The CUCV Pickups all had the D60 front (Open) 14 Bolt FF Rear (Locker) with a 4:56 gear ratio. Some CUCV Duallys, had the dually rearend, and they were far and few between. The CUCV Blazer, was what they called a 3/4T but in fact it was a 1/2 Ton. They are great trucks Structurally and Hugely underpowered. I am seen some at the govliquidation.com auction that have the 8 lug 10 bolt fronts (non-original) in place of kingpins on M1008's and one on an ambulance. Double check to make sure. Not all, some had power loks up front. cuc-v 08-07-2006, 03:38 PM not saying that there arent any but i have never heard of/seen power locks on a cucv...also a few of the 14b's came without gov locks for some reason! but yes all cucv ''pickups'' came with 60/14b combo cbbr 08-08-2006, 05:07 AM The fronts on all models are open except for a rare lot that came out with the Dana 60 TracLoc. muddobber40 08-08-2006, 05:57 PM Not sure why you guys keep saying the dana 60 with a trac-lok is rare All M1028 series (including the a1, 2, and 3) and the M1031 have them and the 14 bolts don't have gov-loks..they have Detroit Lockers oh and the Duallies have a dana 70 with a detroit unless it was an Air force conversion then it will either be a limited slip or a detroit..usually a limited slip.
