: BTF Diff Covers... The Original

Over the years Blue Torch FabWorks, Inc has developed a very deep product line for the DIY fabricator. BTF has lead the way in many areas. Many others have followed. Our diff cover line has been in service and trail tested around the world. We have made thousands of diff covers and have never had one fail in service. We stand behind our diff covers with a no fine print warrenty. If you break it we will replace the diff cover. Now... keep in mind we are not trying to fool anyone by claiming that our cover weighs more than the next guys. Our diff cover shells are CNC laser cut from 1/4 inch steel plate and the rings are CNC laser cut from 3/8 inch steel plate. This set up has more than proven itself in service. Why add extra weight to your rig when you don't need it right?

Each of our covers are shipped with required hardware to mount them and fill plugs on applications that require them. Each cover is bead blasted after welding here at BTF to prep for paint. When you recieve the cover all you have to do is paint.

Currently we cover just about every diff you could possibly need. If you need a cover that we don't offer let us know. If it is something that we feel a demand for then we will look at making them. We can turn a diff cover from idea to prototype in one day unlike some other companies that take months. Our design staff is located in house.

BTF diff covers have been seen in all the major magazines, on tv, and many trail rigs around the world. If you have a club function or a comp rig give me a call to see what BTF can do for you.

We currrently make diff covers for the following:

Dana 30
Dana 35
Dana 44
Dana 50
Dana 60
Dana 70
Dana 80
Corp 10 Bolt front
Corp 10 Bolt Rear
Corp 12 Bolt
Corp 14 Bolt full floater
Corp 14 Bolt semi-floater
Chry 8.25
Ford 8.8
Ford 9"
Toyota 8" rear
Toyota 8" front
FJ 40
RockWell
Sterling 10.25
Model 20

We also offer our diff covers with an optional mount for attaching an axle truss to the cover. See website for details.

Recently we added all of our covers to the site in a DIY kit form. In the past we decided not to move forward with doing so because of the many people wanting to copy our product. Just about every cover we offer is listed in a DIY kit with or without the truss tab option. The DIY kits are not shipped with hardware.

BTF diff covers can be purchased direct from us or from one of many dealers located worldwide. If you have any questions feel free to shot me or one of the guys here at BTF a message or give us a call. We accept most major credit cards and now take PayPal.

BTF is currently branching the diff cover line over to auto tranny pans. We here at BTF have seen a few over the years banged up. We currently have the Turbo 400 ready and move to other application at the demand calls.

As always Blue Torch FabWorks, Inc appreciates your support and business. We are in the business to provide top quality parts and service. If you ever need tech help on a project or just have a question feel free to give us a call. We don't just make brackets and tabs we also build world class rock crawlers.

Thanks
Dan

Let us know which cover your are interested in. Most of our diff covers are on sale right now.

We plan to have the Chrysler 9.25 Kryptonite Diff Cover design completed by the end of the month. Some of you have been waiting for us to release this cover for years. Here it comes and it will be the baddest 9.25 cover in existence.

Like all of our covers, the 9.25 cover will come with hardware. It will also be bead blasted before shipping and coated with and anti-rusting agent. The cover will be ready to be cleaned and painted. We like to clear coat the covers to show-off the quality.

Some people think that a diff cover has be made from 1" thick unobtanium to be strong. After 6 years in the diff cover game we know what it takes to build a diff cover that can't be bent, broken or otherwise.

One other feature that makes all of our cover stands out is the warranty. Like Dan says, it is like a craftsman wrench. Guaranteed Forever!

Dana 30 and Dana 44 Cover with hardware are on sale for $118.99 each. Shipping to Littleton, CO would run $20 UPS ground to a residence. It would be cheaper to a business.

Let me know...

We have some dealers in Spain and Guam but we don't have any Australian dealers yet. Please call to inquire about becoming a BTF dealer.

Dan,

You say you are making trans pans? Is the TH400 stock depth or deeper. I am putting a TH400 in my CJ project, and I am slightly concerned about possible damage to the AL pan, but I want the higher capacity and deeper pickup. Any additional details would be great.

Thanks.

good call on the tranny pans. I know an aw4 that could use one soon.

i love my btf covers. the 1/4" has some scrapes but can't do much else to 'em, I've rammed 'em more times then I bother counting, but never stress over damage from it.

The TH400 pan we make is about 1/4" deeper then stock. I will probably hold 1/2-3/4 of a quart more.

We make diff covers for more application than any other vendor. We have been making fabricated diff covers longer than any other vendor. We stand behind all fo the diff covers we sell for as long as you own the cover. If you ever have a problem with the cover we will replace it. This goes for the diff covers we weld together. If there is an issue with a DIY cover we first need to make sure it is not something you did.

We make covers from the smallest diffs to the Largest. From a Dana 30 to a Dana 80 we have them covered.

Our Dana 80 cover is HUGE.
