Any of you folks have any experience using Penzoil synchromesh gear oil in your AX15 trannies? Heard it is a good product and was thinking of trying it.:confused: :confused: :rolleyes:

I dont know about the PENNZWAX syncromesh fluid, but I do know that I don't use anything in my vehicle that comes in a yellow bottle

its not the correct lube for the ax15, it is for the NV3550.

Its thinner and lighter than what the ax15 needs.

My AX-15 had around 120k miles and it used to baulk if I shifted too fast. Then I put Redline MTL in and it helped significantly. I was surprised but it really helped.

Redline MT90 or MTL is what you should use in ax-15s.
