I renamed it after walking it. Because after you crest the big rock on the other side is a rock the size and shape of a torpedo that you also have to go over. Sorry no pics of The Torpedo in there cause 1800roadside didn't quite feel up to scaleing the big rock. :D

WE WILL RUN THE TRAIL IF YOU CAN PUT UP WITH PREMIERE.. WOW I READ THE HARDEST NEW TRAIL ANY WHERE... I DO NOT KNOW CAM AND RIDE ON THE 28th AND I WILL SHOW YOU A TRAIL IN COMPARISON! WELL LET US KNOW WE WILL BRING GUYS AND EQUIPMENT TO GET IT UP AND RUNNING!!!!

at first i thought this was a joke because i didn't have any frame of reference for the size of the rocks they looked pretty small. After seeing him stand next to them i can see how you could get some pretty cool obsatcles out of it.

The water is high in the pics and the deep water holes are still less than 2' deep. The rocks are decent size, nothing huge, but they are slick as hell. Just something to play on over the slow WV weekends. IN pic 0335, the rock the guy is standing on is pretty tall, he has a SOA with 35 mtr's, he hit his bumper about 2/3 up the rock. In pic 0336, the flat faced rock on the right under the Rhodedendrons(which we cut out, with land owners permission) is about 4 1/2' tall(out of the water) with some nice 3-4 rocks on top of it.

Dont worry guys we didnt silt the stream, its runn off from some horrible rains we had the night before. The creek is all bed rock and The DEP ok'ed its useage for 4x4's. This trail and many more will be included in the Skyjacker Rocks WV event and the WV CHildrens charity ride this summer. There are a few more trails harder than this one. Hope some of you guys can make it down to ride sometime:D

AWESOME! This is better news, IMHO, than the pictures -- Kudos, all, for working WITH the land managers to be sure that you can run the trail legally for years to come... :D :cool: :D :cool: :D
