I finally got around to bolting up the minitruck stuff for the FDB and have found one snag, i cant get a snap ring on the end of the birf shaft, it is just a little to short. I havent screwed around to much so it may just be that i need to push from other side with big rod to push inner axle\birf out a tiny bit. Any one else run into this? also does any one have specs on the bolts that hold pads on calipers? Shucks wants like 12$ for the bolts and that seems a little steep so i would like to head to hardware store to get right size bolt.

There are no bolts that hold the pads on the calipers....

As for the not enough stickout: you need to put a bolt in the end of the stub axle and pull it out enough to get the lock ring on.

Are you using the truck hubs?

any idea what size bolt to thread in end... i am using truck hubs. One of my calipers has bolt\pins but other doesnt... i will just take one of them to store.
