I've got a '78 4x4 F150 short bed. 351M (Actually Smogs), manual 4spd with granny first. The suspension was all professionally installed in San Jose back in '97 (have all the reciepts totaling close to $6000). It's got almost brand new mickey thompson baja belteds on MT alloys. It's a sick truck but I just rolled my 4runner and I need cash bad to get a new one. $1800 is super cheap and I'm sure you could part it for far more. The interior has been redone. The body is semi-rough. (primered). I have a ton of pictures online.

The bad: There is a bad ground somewhere so I installed a manual kill switch to the battery. There is no radio. One tiny rust stop on the driverside door. There are some traction issues, a little bit of wheel hop.

Please give me a call and come take this thing off my hands. I smogged it about eight months ago. I just paid the registration and it's current through may '07. The battery is dead but I will warranty it and get a new one before you drive it away.
