Same as my old Safety Seal kit that was stolen out of my toolbox. I would guess that it is even made by Safety Seal. Great kit. I bought mine from TG and used it the weekend after I got it. I helped a guy out with an ATV at the campground one night. Plugged 27 holes with it in one tire. Not sure what the guy ran over but it was a mess. I cut the plugs into 4 pieces to save plugs. I got a case of good beer out of the deal. Definitely worth the money. :D
