I ahev been waiting for over 1.5 weeks for my package If inally called UPS and they told me they had the wrong address, and they have been waiting for a call abotu it. Lucky I called because theyw ere getting ready to send the packege back to the shipper!!!!! I am soooo pissed right now. Talk about bad luck. nothing seems to be going right. I have 2 broken teeth, had my welder and some other stuff stolen, can't get a job as a teacher, can't apss this damn exam, don't ahve time to finish my bronco, and now this. I am gonna snap soon.

That is to bad have you talked to them about fixing it? I recall talking to a guy named Dana I think. I had a problem part my fault and part there fault and they bent over backwards to fix it for me. I know that I have made a typo or two in the past and had people all bent out of shape at me but WTF can you do? I once shipped two parts via UPS at the same time and they sent them to the opposite addresses and one of the guys got all pissed off at me even though I scanned the receipt and showed him that what I gave UPS was rite.

Dimitri, welcome what most EB already know :D
Me about 90% of my friends have had terriable service from them, sending wrong parts, not sending parts, loosing parts, over charging (that was me, instend of 30 bucks he typed 3,000, hahhaha very funny, thanks for bouncing my checks)
shop elsewhere, BCbronco's and Wildhorses and duff and serria bronco are my fav.

I REALLY like Driven off road out in AZ, but tehya re a bit pricey. I usually got o Mike Ladd, but he could not get these parts. Jeff's said they can ahve them here quick, so I wnet with them. hell if it was not fo rthis fuck up it would have been pretty quick. I am just glad it was not on a big order. I mean I understand, but I will not buy from them again EVER.

I was needin a gear fer my Dana 20 as well as a twinstick for it and went w/ bronco graveyard since MI is a quick ship to IL...

Well, they sent the twin stick minus all mounting hardware... they never sent the gear... When I ordered the gear, I was specficallying waiting on that to install the t-case and then measure d-shafts... I told em i needed it asap, and went UPS 1 day shipping... Never got sent fer a week! Amazingly enough they finally sent it to me after many calls, overnight shipping, and the gear, free of charge. Over all I thought that was a nice way to make up, but b/c of the troubles I've had, I highly doubt I'll be buying from them again.

Read about 2 posts of this one... I'm currently waiting for my stuff from them also.

I ordered 6" leaf springs, 6" coils and bushings from them.. $450 for parts. $249 for shipping. I figure ok it's Alaska I'll deal.

I called them 2 fridays ago(3 weeks after ordering). I get this

"Oh superlift marked the springs wrong we didnt' want to waste our money sending them to you and then have to pay to have them sent back. IT will take us atleast a week to get the springs from superlift. And it will take atleast another 2 weeks for you to get them."

So here I am 6 weeks later No FUCKING parts. I highly recommend that everyone tell all their freinds to say as far away from these guys as possible. Their prices may be good buy their survice sucks!!!!!!

I will be calling them in the morning to see what the hell is going on now. I'll keep ya'll updated.

I've ordered lotsa stuff from JBG, had no problems whatsoever ! I
ordered a cage kit from them and they even called with an expected delivery date . It came as they had told me and even called me back to see if I had rec'd. shipment . I'm satisfied with everything I've bought from them with no quirks . :D :flipoff2:

If you HAVE to deal with JBG then definately talk to Dana. Jeff doesnt personally do too many of the ordering stuff. Dana does their web page stuff and is pretty helpful. Try to avoid all the other idiots that they have working there. As some of you have already found out, it can be a nightmare.

I'm another person who has experienced bad service with Avalanche Engineering. Got a bad part three weeks ago, was told they were sending a new one last week, and I'm still waiting.

Two things. First, lala your a dick. Second Dana isn't with JBG anymore. He was a couple of years ago when I stopped in on a trip back east. JBG has a very nice facility and lot's of good stuff. The main problem I talked with him back then was their crappy shipping. It was supposed to get better but never has. Seems most of the problems are with us Westcoaster's too. Go figure.

Better get your facts straight. Dana still is with JBG. Jeff told me this when I talked to him last weekend at a swap meet. Dana is their web guy.

Yes, I agree, lala you are a dick! :flipoff2:

OOps, slight error, but my facts were as straight as I had heard them.. . Dana being gone is floating around one of the EB lists, that's where I heard it. Ok, so he's still there but there shipping policy sure isn't any better.

They sent me instruction for 79 bronco coils... But I think I'll forgive them, I mean it's really hard to mess up a coil, pull a nut and a bolt push in reinstall bolt and nut... Damn Anyone could do it exept a Jeep guy but hey!!!!:)

How was the meet? I went last year, and saw some pretty nice rigs. I especially liked the clean '66 with the factory embossed pony interior.

I wish you would have posted this a couple weeks ago as I ordered a shifter knob that was $20 shipped and was in very poor condition as a chunk of material was missing from the shifter...needless to say I won't order anything else from there even though I need some more parts from them.

I ordered a set of L&L headers from them. I saved about $85 but here was the catch...

I ordered them the first week of January this year. They said that they dont have it in stock, it has to be ordered. said I would get it mid Feb. No problem I say, I dont need them yet. Late march comes around, I call asking WTF. They state that it had to be "special made" and wont be shipping from L&L for another 2 weeks. 2 weeks rolls around, I call them asking WTF again. THey give me a tracking number, the package was sent to Hughson CA, not Manteca CA! luckily, UPS caught the mistake and figured out how to deliver the package. :( When I did finally get the box, it looked like it had been :nuke: about several times. luckily, the high quality of the part prevented me from having a screaming shit fit at the driver, cause despite the damage to the box, the headers didnt have any damage.

They tried to screw me on a complete fiberglass body for the tune of over 6 grand . I got even with them at a recent CORR event when the jbg f-150 broke down and I had to pull them off the track . The driver tried to ram me the second time so I made sure he was the last person to get back to his pit . I wouldn't shop with them if they were giving their shit away and I don't ever recommend them to anyone !
