Simply put it won't start unless you dump gas down the throught like a carbed engine, but once you do that it does run untill it gets good and warm then it will spit and sputter and die.
every sensor has been changed ,the fuel pump ,pickup, and tank have been changed. Computer has been changed.

Yes is has a return line free of kinks ect. I replaced the entire TBI off of a good running wrecking yard engine. THe new pump makes 20psi. Not sure on the map sensor although I can check as soon as I get home. Were should it go?

Just FYI I said everything had been replaced thats not entirly true. The EGR is old and crummy just cleaned it up and stuck it back on, but I figured there is no way that it could be cuasing this type of problem.

Plugged cat, or restriction in the exhuast system? Maybe a mouse?
Did you get the Ignition control modual tested? If you replaced it, did you put the grease between it and the mounting bracket? That grease disapates hte heat, once they get hot, they act goofy, and will kill the engine.
New fuel filter?
Stuck/sticking PCV?
