Can I take a H yoke from another front driveline and add it to my rear driveline behind the transfer case.
I have a 75 k10 with an 8 inch lift and want to lengthin my driveline.
This seems like a fair way to do that and maintain some ballance.
thanks.

why do you want to do that?, does it pull apart on the trail?
What do you mean balance?

You would have to take the whole double cardan joint, and reweld it onto your rear tube. Simply using the rear ujoint w/ the H yoke ain't gonna cut it.

No it hasn’t pulled out yet, but I haven’t done anything that hard with it yet because its far enough apart I the splines are sticking out so I cant put the little cap back on that keeps dirt and stuff out of the splines.
Drivelines are balanced so they don’t wobble at 60 mph. If I make a square tube driveline, I am sure it would wobble horribly because it would not be balanced.
Thanks for the info, I would have to cut and weld the whole double not, just add the H yoke and another U joint.
