I've got a '52 M37 - It's a Dodge Power Wagon on a 3/4-1 1/4 ton chasis. Your looking at a vintage WWII classic with the PW frame which will be similar. Mine's got very beefy Chrysler Corporate axles and it's geared with 5.83's. These things came with 36" tires (11x16's I think) and today's modern hummer military tires (I think) that you see for sale on ebay frequently work well.

I've upgraded mine with disc's front and rear, have a 318 in it but with the original NP200 xfer case. I'm either going NV4500, NP435 or rebuilding the NP540 that's in it. If you can get one with a PTO winch, grab it. The winches alone can be worth $1500. ARB is making a special run on their lockers for the M37's and the PW's with the same axles for about $1G per axle. I'm not sure which of the WWII PW's this would work on. The M37 was the second highest colume military production truck so there are still a few out there.

My suggestion is to visit www.dodgepowerwagon.com and powerwagonadvertisor.com and educate yourself on what your getting into. These things are worth quite a bit of money nowadays and won't do anything but continue going up in value as long as they are not butchered.
